Any guidance, coaching, or content provided is for informational and self-development purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• You will seek professional medical or mental health support when needed

If you are experiencing distress, crisis, or a medical condition, you should immediately consult a licensed professional or emergency services.

3. Coaching Services Disclaimer

The App may offer access to one-on-one coaching services.

By engaging in coaching:

• You understand coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical care
• Coaching is not a substitute for licensed professional services
• No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results

You accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, and any results arising from coaching interactions.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in wellness practices, reflections, or exercises involves inherent personal risk.

Outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the App.

5. Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Misuse, exploit, or disrupt the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe and are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

If your subscription was purchased through a third-party platform (such as an app store), refund requests must be directed to that platform and are subject to their policies.

8. Coaching Sessions, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

For one-on-one coaching sessions:

• Scheduled sessions must be attended at the agreed time
• If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule with reasonable notice

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon by both parties.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked, except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including lessons, practices, reflections, and design elements, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of your journal entries and personal content.

By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you create.

11. No Guarantees of Results

We make no representations or guarantees regarding personal growth, emotional outcomes, behavioral change, or life results.

All outcomes depend entirely on the user.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available."

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Reliability
• Availability
• Accuracy of content

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content or coaching services.

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the App, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms.
